We’re excited to welcome Alaine to our team at Southeast Physiotherapy! Alain brings both passion and experience to his work, and we can’t wait for our clients to get to know him.
My Journey into Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy has always been more than just a career choice for me—it’s personal. My late grandmother had a stroke, and I saw firsthand how important rehabilitation was in her recovery. It gave her back independence and dignity, and that experience left a lasting impact on me.
I realized that I wanted to help others and their families experience that same kind of hope and progress. That moment was the start of my path toward becoming a physiotherapist.
What I’m Passionate About
Over the years, I’ve developed a special interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. I enjoy helping clients recover from injuries, rebuild strength, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.
My Approach
I believe every person is unique, so I always tailor treatment to fit each individual. My approach is a blend of evidence-based techniques and practical exercises with your lifestyle.
For me, physiotherapy isn’t just about recovery—it’s about empowerment. I want my clients to really understand their bodies, gain confidence, and build tools that help them stay strong and prevent future injuries.

Life Outside the Clinic
When I’m not in the clinic, I spend a lot of time with my family. We love exploring new places, playing games together, and staying active. I also enjoy online gaming—it’s a fun way for me to unwind and connect with friends. Sometimes I even stream highlights for fun! When it comes to movies, one of my favorites is The Pursuit of Happyness. I find its message about resilience and hope really inspiring, and I try to carry that outlook into my personal and professional life.
Why Estevan?
My family and I chose Estevan because it felt welcoming from the very beginning. It offers a great balance between career opportunities and family life, and it feels like the right place to grow both personally and professionally. I’m really looking forward to becoming part of this community—not only through my work in the clinic but also by supporting local activities and events.
What I’m Looking Forward To
What excites me most about joining Southeast Physiotherapy is being part of a supportive, skilled team and working with such a diverse range of clients. I know this will be a place where I can continue to grow as a clinician while making a positive difference in people’s lives.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to be here in Estevan and at Southeast Physiotherapy. I can’t wait to meet you, learn your stories, and work with you toward your goals—whether that’s moving without pain, returning to sport, or simply living life with more confidence and freedom.
See you in the clinic!
