Physiotherapist - Resident

Alaine is a dedicated physiotherapist at Southeast Physiotherapy with a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and regain confidence in their daily lives. His journey into physiotherapy was inspired by his late grandmother’s stroke, where he witnessed the impact of rehabilitation in restoring independence and quality of life. With a special focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal care, as well as injury rehabilitation, Alaine combines evidence-based techniques with practical, lifestyle-friendly exercises. He strives to not only guide recovery but also empower patients with knowledge to prevent future injuries. Recently relocated from Ontario with his wife and two children, Alaine is excited to call Estevan home and looks forward to contributing to the health and well-being of the community.
