1. A simple phone call can go a long way
Ever get on a phone call with a friend or family member, and suddenly, an hour has passed? That's JUST what we need right now! If you're feeling a bit isolated, pick up the phone. Now is the perfect time to reconnect with family or friends who you haven't spoken to in a while.

2. Need to SEE? Free video calling apps.
I get it - sometimes hearing someone's voice just isn't enough!
Did you know that there are all sorts of free video-calling apps out there? If you have an iPhone - take your social distancing conversations to the next level and use FaceTime. If you have an android you can download an app like GoogleDuo or Skype.
3. Social Media
Chances are, you have a Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat account. If you don't, you can skip this suggestion ;).
If you do have social media, connection is just a click away. Reach out to friends or family by tagging them in a funny post, or start a group chat!
4. Spend time reconnecting
Think of all the newfound time spend inside your house as an opportunity to bond with your family! No outside distractions, meetings or events...so take advantage! Get to know your family again and spend time with your loved ones.
6. Get your physiotherapy through eHealth
Here at Southeast Physiotherapy, we are turning this situation into an opportunity to get things done and to work harder for you. We are still open to help you with all your aches & pains. We have transitioned our physical therapy assessments and treatments to a Telehealth portal. This is provided through video conferencing. Social distancing does not mean that you need to sacrifice your recovery - We've just adjusted the way we work with you!
