Becoming a Motivation Machine

People often say that, if given the chance, they would press the reset button for their lives and do many things over again.

Well....What's stopping you right now? Start with small changes and live the life you've always wanted.


Start Small & Frequently

the changes you make on the road to becoming a Motivation Machine don't have to be massive, or live altering. Start small, but follow through.

Small changes can be something like, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day or having a specified "no phone/internet" hour each day.


Start with realistic goals so that you're not setting yourself up for failure.




Stay Motivated

Making changes is great, but not unlike New Years Resolutions it's easy to drop off or forget about the new changes we've implemented. You have to be your own manager - take charge and don't stop.


The only way for you to fully change your life is to be fully invested & not let your procrastination get the better of you.

Organization & Routine are necessary. It's really hard to change your habits without a routine or if you can't even find your dang hairbrush! Being organized not only helps keep you on track, but it can help with your routines and your stress levels.

Things like Budgeting can really improve the organization of your household and will allow you to start making realistic goals for yourself. You need a routine in order to keep your goals moving and to not get sidetracked.


Mindfullness

In today's social climate being so divisive at times it is important to make sure that the thoughts, feelings & perceptions are your own & not based off what you may read on the internet or hear from others around you.

Use your own thoughts wisely & think for yourself.


If all else fails - Take a break from the world & some time for yourself to get organized & plan for the future.
