Our Clinic & Covid 19

Mask Mandate Policy, September 17, 2021

As per Government of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Health Minister:

Masks are required for all indoor activities

Our New Policies and Procedures:

 

  • We will be sending you a COVID-19 Symptom Survey via email 2 hours prior to your appointment. You must complete this by phone, tablet, iPad or computer. Questions that will be asked are: do you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, and have you been told to self monitor/self-isolate? If you answer yes to any of the screening questions, we ask for you to reschedule your appointment.

  • You will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic.

 

  • As required by the Government of Saskatchewan, we will continue to practice social distancing. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep 2 meters away from

    other people in the clinic.

 

  • Our staff members will be taking extra precautions as required by the Saskatchewan

    College of Physical Therapists and wearing the recommended PPE.
